Cancellation Policy
- Clients must cancel or reschedule appointment 4 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in cancellation fee: 50% of original price.
- Clients who fail to show up to their appointment will result in no show fee: 100% of original price.
- If client has notified Local Revival and there is a medical emergency, client will not be charged cancellation and no show fee
