Our mission at Local Revival is to individualize each session to allow every client to explore the edge of their ability to create physical and mental balance in their life. Massage – At Local Revival we specialize in Massage therapy and integrative bodywork. We customize each individual session to what our clients need, which include modalities such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Mindful Expression, Sports Massage, Active Isolated Stretching and many more. Float Therapy – Float Therapy combines the sensation of weightlessness with an experience known as Restricted Environment Stimulation Therapy (REST) through water suspension. Zero stimulus is created by three factors; neutral water temperature, soundproof environment, and complete darkness. Benefits of float therapy include, but are not limited to; pain relief, injury recovery, arthritis, scoliosis, fibromyalgia, pregnancy pain, depression, burn out syndrome, headaches/migraines, asthma, emotional pain relief, PTSD and many more. Local Revival gives locals and tourists the opportunity to escape to a warm comfortable place to receive their massage in Vail. With our Integrative massage therapy practices, everyone has full access to our restoration room. We encourage everyone to take advantage of our inversion table, yoga mat, foam roller, muscle roller stick, stretch strap, roleo arm massager and thera cane at your own leisure.
